How we work on a development.

We measure on site, make the steel in our own workshop in Sri Damansara and install it with our own crew. Our own people handle each step, from your drawing to handover.

When we measure

We measure when the opening is finished.

We measure gates and railings once the plaster or corner bead is in, so we take the size of the finished opening.

Finish

Built to your specification.

Primer is standard. Hot-dip galvanising is available on request. Send the drawing or BQ, and we quote to it.

From your drawing to handover

From measuring to touch-up, in nine steps.

    Measure

    On site, once the plaster or corner bead is in.

  2. 02

    Steel in

    Ordered to the measured sizes.

  3. 03

    Cut

    Cut to length in our workshop.

  4. 04

    Weld

    Welded by our own fabricators.

  5. 05

    Grind and seal

    Joints ground smooth, then sealed.

  6. 06

    Prime

    Sprayed before it leaves the workshop.

  7. 07

    Load out

    Loaded and driven to site by our crew.

  8. 08

    Install

    Fitted by our own crew.

  9. 09

    Touch up

    Checked and touched up before handover.

Site records

Installation reports from site, filed by block and unit.

Since July 2026 our site crews report installation work through Telegram. Each report is filed against the block, the unit and the item, with who sent it and when. Many reports carry a photo from site.
